This is my go to tool for taking notes, brainstoming, and capturing images of things that are searchable. It's great for on-the-go use as it's easy to use on all platforms and things sync up perfectly. I used the free version for years before I needed to upgrade to the paid version because I used it all the time!

This is where we store and manage all of our videos that we embed into our landing pages. Vimeo is a video-sharing website that allows you to upload, share and view HD videos. Vimeo offers simple tools for you and your team to create, manage and share high-quality videos.

This is an easy-to-use online form builder for every business. You can create online forms and publish them almost anywhere. You get an email for each response -- it's a great way to collect data, get feedback and testimonials from clients and more!

Having all of my important files organized all in one place saves a ton of time when I need to find something. Everything is stored in Dropbox -- it's easy to find, easy to share, and gives me peace of mind! I've had computers crash on me in the past and have lost valuable assets.
