BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES EXECUTIVE

Keeping it Personal, a growing Christian faith-based organization, specializes in equipping women entrepreneurs, business owners, and sales professionals to start, grow, and scale their businesses. 

We are actively hiring a Business Development Sales Executive who is ready to join a growing established coaching business.

This role is designed for a skilled sales professional that can nurture prospects through phone calls, private messages, emails, and texting to establish relationships to qualify prospects from across the country – then, quickly hop on a zoom call to close the sale!

ROLES AND DUTIES


The Business Development Sales Executive will be responsible to:

  • Generate new leads through networking and social media platforms
  • Mine current company database to cultivate relationships with existing leads and prospects
  • Support list-building objectives organically to meet monthly goals
  • Nurture leads inside private Facebook groups
  • Invest heavily in going through our trainings, online courses, and other resources we offer to become an expert in the coaching models and systems we teach.
  • Message all new followers/subscribers each day, welcome them to our community/network and engage with them to discover their needs
  • Attend live trainings and interact with attendees
  • Connect with prospects with the goal of inviting them into sales conversations for high-dollar packages
  • Build an individual database of leads and execute on regular follow up and nurture, directing leads into conversion events, etc.
  • Follow set metrics-based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities and report/recap progress to Management daily
  • Add minimum of 10 new followers per day to email list and facebook group
  • Send 100 follow-up messages per day to engage with current followers and email subscribers
  • Engage each day with 50 people that you want to pay attention to what we are doing

  • You have the ability to follow all conversations through to completion
  • You enjoy closing the sale on a call and believe this is your way to make it happen!

  • You live and breathe by your metrics and understand the power of numbers.




This position is NOT for someone who:

  • Is afraid of sales conversations
  • Has “money stories” around selling and asking people for money
  • Gets tired of being on the phone, zoom, or social media
