There’s this quote by Jim Rohn, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Have you heard that before?

I’ve got 2 questions for you to chew on:

  1. Do YOU bring UP the average in a group of 5?
  2. Do the 5 people you spend the most time with build YOU up?

When it comes to relationships, personally + professionally, we are greatly influenced — whether we like it or not — by those closest to us. It affects our way of thinking, our self-esteem, and our decisions.

Take a quick inventory and ask yourself >>  Have I got the right peeps?

It’s our responsibility to make sure we do!

We get to choose who we want on our personal and professional “bus” AND whose “bus” we want to be on!  Think emotionally, spiritually, professionally, financially, in health and wellness << are your relationships fruitful?

Is your “bus” collectively, with all the people on it, heading in the right direction?

One of the hardest things to do is end a relationship that no longer serves us well or that steals our joy and brings us down.  BUT, it can be one of the most crucial decisions we make if we desire to move forward and see change in our lives.

What changes need to be made in your life when it comes to peeps? How can you move forward towards making that change today?

AND…IF you’re good to go and have the right peeps?  TELL THEM!  Reach out to them and express gratitude for who they are in your life!
