There’s been a lot of talk of » overwhelm, not enough time in the day, and “OH my goodness, I can’t believe it’s ALREADY March!” « around me lately.

I have to admit, I had been feeling a little overwhelmed a couple of weeks ago. As much as I keep “life balance” top of mind — the reality is, auto pilot kicks in. Life continues to happen and finding the time to catch up to keep up disappears! YIKES!
Essentially, what we need to do is STOP + take a deep breath.
Take a step back. Get back to basics. Review. Re-group. Re-fresh.
Overwhelm and stress flare up when we lose focus and clarity about where we are going and WHY.
How do we do this? break. it. down.
I start with planning my day the night before! REALISTICALLY «« that’s key!
It’s simple, right? Take a few minutes to look at the day ahead and identify what your most important tasks (MITs) are for the next day. This ONE easy-to-do practice, when done consistently, organically eats away at stress, overwhelm, feeling stuck or indecision. Additionally, it allows us to see progress and WINS!
The goal is to take your next step with purpose! Just the next step. Then the next one after that. And the next one after that, and so on…
