The tone in our voice can speak LOUDer than the words we speak.  It’s easiest to show our true feelings with those who are closest to us by the tone in our voice; frustration, anger, disappointment, etc.  However, it is NOT always the most effective.  If you’re looking to get different results from others, pay attention to your tone, your delivery while communicating.  A small change in this area could go a long way.
