The way we deliver our message, thoughts, and words to another person is very difficult to see in ourselves.  We can think we don’t have a “special tone” in our voice when asking a question, or we don’t realize we are rolling our eyes, looking away, assuming the response.  Effective/healthy delivery can be difficult when we feel we constantly have to repeat ourselves, and when what we communicate doesn’t seem to be sinking in to the other person.  How is your delivery?  Is this an area that needs work?  What changes can you make in your delivery to get better results?

WOW, this is something we ALL can work on every day! I am constantly reminding myself to evaluate how I’m coming accross in order to communicate the right message. I’m blessed with the “gift” of not being able to conceal my feelings from my face…sometimes it’s really challenging!
