Sometimes, the truth hurts.  At any point we could be on either side of truth; receiving or giving.  Receiving truth from other sources such as friends, family, sermons, Bible, or books, can shed light in areas of our life that we were blind to.  These new discoveries can be painful and difficult to swallow.  Giving, speaking, or sharing truth can also be difficult.  Having to share some things that are real, honest, and right – not knowing how it will be received on the other end, is no easy task and can be surrounded by a lot of fear and anxiety.  Remember, the truth will set you free!
