Last week I had the opportunity to see the movie Joyful Noise — “pre-release” — I liked it…
…hope. perseverance. love.
BUT, what really touched my heart and kept me thinking for days after were the lyrics to the first song that opened the movie:
Man In The Mirror by Michael Jackson
I’m starting with the man in the mirror
I’m asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself, and then make a change
This is what I’m talking about today in my video –> CHANGE starts with me. I mean, CHANGE starts with you. I mean, CHANGE starts with ourselves, individually.
IF you wanna make the world {your world…your surroundings…your “life”…your day} a better place — take a look at YOURSELF and THEN make. a. change.
YOU. ME. WE. need to BE the change we want to see!
Are YOU looking at the {wo}man in the mirror and asking {her} him to change {her} his ways? OR are you looking for everyone else to make a change thinking that your “world” would be better IF they make the change?
