A couple of weeks ago I chose my ‘anchor‘ verse for 2011, you can read about that {here} – and now, the one simple word that I choose for 2011; refine.

My desire is to be free from impurities; free from the ickyness that keeps me stuck.  Wrong thinking.  Fear.  Selfishness. Pride.  As I walk with the Lord through 2011, and embrace each new unknown, my prayer is that He will continue to refine me; my heart, mind, soul.

  1. Teri, thanks for sharing your word with me. God loves to refine us as He molds us into the woman He has called us to be. I love that you’ve chosen it as your word for 2011. I’m praying for you.
