Daily KIP: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Daily KIP: How do you handle conflict with others? Do you share the issues with everyone else to justify your position and “side”? OR do you go directly to the person and work on a resolution? This isn’t always the path of least resistance, but one that needs to be traveled more often.

Daily KIP: When was the last time you opened your mailbox and found a hand written note from someone? Daily KIP: FOCUS in on what others close to you have done right and not their mistakes. This builds in them some pride in their success, and in turn they take that feeling into other areas and harder work on what they need to improve on.
